When you submit a wedding brief, apply as a planner, or otherwise use the Platform, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, city, wedding budget range and dates, and any other details you choose to share with us. If you're a wedding planner, we also collect your business details, bio, portfolio images, and subscription/payment information.
We use the information you provide to match couples with suitable wedding planners, generate and share quotations, arrange introduction calls, process planner subscriptions and payments, and communicate with you about your wedding brief or account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Couple details (budget, city, dates, requirements) are shared only with the specific planners whose quotations you've approved to receive — never broadcast openly. Planner contact details are shared with couples only after a quotation is approved and an introduction is arranged.
Subscription payments from planners are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details on our own servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security and compliance standards.
