These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wedvowsutra.com ("Platform"), operated by Connectors of AI Private Limited, registered office at F-135, Suncity, Golf Course Road, Sector 54, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
WedVowSutra is a curated concierge service that connects couples planning a wedding with a limited, vetted roster of wedding planners in a given city. We are not a wedding planning company ourselves, and we do not directly provide wedding planning, decor, or vendor services. We facilitate the introduction between couples and independent third-party planners.
When you submit a wedding brief, we gather quotations from 2–3 planners on our roster matching your city and budget. You are under no obligation to proceed with any planner. Any agreement, payment, or contract you enter into with a planner after introduction is strictly between you and that planner — WedVowSutra is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of services provided by any planner.
Planners listed on the Platform are independent third parties, not employees or agents of WedVowSutra. Planner roster slots are capped per city and per segment (local/destination). Access to the Platform's leads and planner dashboard is subject to an active subscription, as described in our pricing at the time of your sign-up. WedVowSutra reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove any planner listing at its sole discretion, including for incomplete profiles, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
Planner subscriptions are billed as per the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and processed through Razorpay. Subscription fees are separate from any commission or fees a planner may owe WedVowSutra upon conversion of a wedding lead, where applicable.
WedVowSutra makes reasonable efforts to vet planners on its roster but does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or outcome of any planner's services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedVowSutra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising between a couple and a planner.
All content on the Platform, including its design, logo, and text, is the property of Connectors of AI Private Limited unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
24-Hour Change of Mind Window: If you change your mind after subscribing, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your payment being processed, by contacting info@wedvowsutra.com with your registered business name and payment details.
After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, subscription payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage, since your subscription reserves a limited roster slot in your city.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid for, except within the 24-hour window above.
Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
